Cocoa Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Cocoa Elite Original Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1¾ cups whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees  
  2. Combine dry ingredients - Protein Powder, Whole Wheat Flour, Cinnamon, Baking Soda and Salt
  3. Add remaining ingredients bananas, eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. Spray a bread pan with nonstick spray, then pour mixed ingredients into the pan.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Optional:
